Abstract

Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación constituyen una herramienta poderosa para promover el crecimiento económico de los países en desarrollo. Por lo que, fomentar la industria TIC no solo a nivel de la región sino a nivel mundial, posibilita que los países mantengan y generen tasas elevadas de crecimiento.
