Abstract

Durante muchos años el turismo a sido una indústria periférica en Japón, pero a partir de las declaraciones de Koizumi en el año 2003, quien fuera primer ministro en este pais, se había comprometido a llevar a cabo una serie de politicas dirigidas a este sector para lograr un “pais orientado al turismo”, donde el Gobierno lo adoptó como concepto central en sus políticas.
