Abstract

Los planes del Primer Ministro Japonés Shinzo Abe de normalizar a Japón en términos de sus relaciones exteriores no debe interpretarse como un retorno al militarismo de finales de la Segunda Guerra Mundial pero más bien, debe ser bienvenida como un proceso natural de transformación y de retorno a unas relaciones exteriores basadas en una ética y filosofía endémica al país.
