Abstract

Las empresas japonesas hicieron grandes inversiones en el Este Asiático, con la base del fuerte yen después del Acuerdo Plaza en septiembre de 1985. La estrategia de Japón - enfocado a lo externo, para paliar los efectos de la drástica reducción de sus exportaciones y luego del Acuerdo Plaza, fue el incremento de las inversiones en el este asiático, aprovechando el yen fuerte.
