Abstract

Las relaciones de Japón con la ASEAN han sido, desde sus inicios, parte de la estrategia nipona para aumentar su poderío económico y con ello su protagonismo en el área. Este se ve amenazado no solo por el auge de China e India, sino por la presencia y el interés, cada vez mayor, de actores extrarregionales como Rusia y Estados Unidos.
