Crisis Y Continuidad En El Sistema Politico Japones

Abstract

La cultura política japonesa esta llevando a cabo una de sus crisis estructurales, pero no parece ser que sea la definitiva sino, antes bien, una que fortalecerá a la larga al país. Y es que otra característica es la capacidad de regeneración y la conveniencia de las crisis para adoptar soluciones para el futuro. Mientras que en países occidentales es necesario que se llegue a situaciones de violencia para adoptar cambios, en Japón la propia sociedad es capaz de automutilarse voluntariamente si con ello se comprende que es en beneficio de la colectividad. El sentimiento nacional y de lealtad tan intenso, que ayuda a suplantar la falta de liderazgo y a la renuncia a los intereses particulares cuando hay conflictos, también provee un empuje esencial para solucionar situaciones críticas sin necesidad de violencia.
