Abstract

Texto que repasa el proceso de estandarización, de modernización, de la lengua japonesa desde el Meiji hasta nuestros días. Etapa que cuenta con tantas luces como sombras: desde la agilización de la Administración y el mutuo entendimiento entre habitantes de los distintos feudos Tokugawa hasta la dureza de la represión de todos lo que se saliese de la línea a seguir marcada. Pasando por cierta revitalización dialectal en la actualidad y el papel que los movimientos de población y ciertos medios como la radio o incluso los videojuegos han tenido en ello.
