Abstract

Una de las medidas actuales para la recuperación de Japón es la llamada “Nueva Estrategia de Crecimiento” que tiene una ambiciosa proyección hasta el año 2020. Dentro de los objetivos fundamentales de esta estrategia se encuentra la de reducir la tasa de desempleo durante los primeros cuatro años hasta un 3% del 5% que se encuentra actualmente. El desempleo ha sido una de las dificultades más serias que enfrenta este país, pues la tasa de desempleo se encuentra en el 5%, una de las más altas para un país como Japón, acostumbrado en la década de los 80’ a una tasa de 1,5%.
