Abstract

La Asistencia Oficial para el Desarrollo (AOD) abarca varios aspectos, como el político de la exportación del capital del Estado por el gobierno; el económico de la promoción de la exportación, el aseguramiento de recursos naturales y el apoyo al avance de las empresas japonesas en el extranjero; el motivado por el humanitarismo o la religión que se representa en la donación aportada. En la AOD se mezclan estos aspectos y no es posible evaluarla ni criticarla de forma simple.
