Procedimiento para la selección de mercados internacionales. Aplicación en el grupo empresarial del cemento

Abstract

El presente artículo se enmarca dentro de la línea de investigación de la selección de mercados internacionales. Se desarrolla un procedimiento de selección de mercados internacionales para los productos del Grupo Empresarial de Cemento, sobre la base de los elementos de la teoría de los subconjuntos borrosos, útiles para la innovación y toma de decisiones, en situaciones de falta de información e incertidumbre. Las principales herramientas utilizadas, método Fuzzy-Delphi y la Estimación con ayuda del expertón, permiten a través de la opinión de los expertos obtener información subjetiva con alto rigor. Son herramientas fáciles de manipular y aplicables cómodamente en Excel. La aplicación del procedimiento se realizó sobre la base de 13 países de América Latina y Centroamérica, la cual confirma su aplicabilidad.
