Social media marketing aplicado a la empresa OCITEL S.A para lograr el incremento de las ventas en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

Actualmente las redes sociales es una estrategia importante de publicidad en las empresas para darse a conocer, comunicar, vender sus productos y ofrecer un buen servicio al cliente, permitiendo grandes beneficios a bajo costo, a nivel mundial. Con este artículo se pretende utilizar la social media marketing como estrategia publicitaria para mejorar las ventas en la empresa ecuatoriana Ocitel S.A. cuyas oficinas se encuentran en la ciudad de Guayaquil, esta compañía cuenta con 20 años en el mercado, en sus inicios se dedicaba al desarrollo de infraestructuras de telecomunicaciones y obras civiles, actualmente presta servicios en el área de informática trabajando en Sistemas Abierto y tecnológicos a nivel nacional y desarrolla aplicaciones y productos basados en tecnología Web - Open Source, siendo su producto principal el ERP Fragata.
