El uso del comercio electrónico y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de las PYMES del norte de Guayaquil

Abstract

El comercio electrónico ha permitido el crecimiento de las transacciones a nivel mundial siendo un factor clave para el beneficio de la rentabilidad de las empresas, a medida que ayuda al crecimiento de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, por lo que, su aplicación es factible para el buen manejo de las pymes, por consiguiente, se realizó un estudio para determinar el efecto del comercio electrónico sobre la rentabilidad de las pymes del sector norte de la ciudad Guayaquil. El estudio encuentra su punto de partida a través de un problema como es el mal uso del comercio electrónico por parte de las pymes, en donde la mayoría de las empresas no tomaban en cuenta los criterios de implementación de la herramienta, no obstante, dentro del objeto estudio a analizar se encontró que el 67% de pymes que implementan el comercio electrónico han obtenido mayores ventas que años anteriores, de igual manera el 75% de pymes obtuvieron una utilidad al final del año fiscal.
