Políticas de buen gobierno corporativo: necesidades y problemática general de las PYMES en la provincia de Manabí-Ecuador

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la realidad y situación de las Pymes manabitas en el contexto organizativo, donde se abordan las políticas de gobierno corporativo con la especificidad geográfica de la provincia de Manabí, Ecuador. En el presente trabajo, se han focalizado los aspectos de administración y gobierno. Se aplicó el tipo de muestreo aleatorio simple, para calcular el tamaño de la muestra, considerando el universo de 1315 PYMES sectorizadas en la provincia de Manabí. Se aplicó un cuestionario específico y un test que integraron las variables de análisis de la investigación. Las principales dificultades que enfrentan estas empresas se concretan en conflictos de intereses, concentración de poder, carencia de reglas, políticas y principios claros.
