Abstract

Este trabajo realizado en la Consultoría Económica CANEC, S.A. Sucursal Holguín recoge los resultados del diagnóstico realizado sobre cómo se vienen cumpliendo en la organización los principios a observar en el sistema de gestión de la calidad. Mediante la aplicación de diferentes técnicas para la recopilación, análisis y procesamiento de información como son: la observación directa, la revisión de documentos, la entrevista in situ, el trabajo en grupo, entre otras, se logran determinar un grupo de deficiencias que limitan el mejor desempeño de la organización, proponiéndose un plan de acciones para corregir las deficiencias detectadas.
