Impacto de la deducibilidad del gasto en el deterioro de activos en la determinación del impuesto a la renta

Abstract

El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar la deducibilidad del gasto por el deterioro de activos en la determinación de la base imponible del impuesto a la renta en la ciudad de Guayaquil, en vista del cambio de la normativa legal vigente a nivel internacional, el problema se da porque en el país los contadores no cumple con lo que indica la Norma Internacional de contabilidad NIC 36 en el cálculo de la determinación del deterioro de los activos, el estudio se realizo en la empresa Disther compañía limitada, que es una compañía distribuidora de diluyentes, los resultados evidenciaron la problemática expuesta se sugiere capacitar al personal de la compañía y aplicar lo que indica la NIC 36, para que el gasto del deterioro sea deducible.
