Ética en la empresa de refrigeración comercial Friomix

Abstract

Analizamos el comportamiento ético y moral de la empresa de refrigeración comercial Friomix S.A., en todas sus actividades y negocios, vemos su misión, visión, objetivos y logros. Así como sus áreas de trabajo, maquinarias, como se reciben y se entregan los equipos a nivel nacional, también se valoran a los receptores de sus productos y servicios. Una inquietud en la ética de las empresas, es resolver los dilemas éticos que surgen en las diferentes instancias o áreas de trabajo y proporciona los criterios para tomar las decisiones correctas, me centrare en el área de mantenimiento consultando los principios y las normas que deben hacerse para reparan los equipos de enfriamiento comercial.
