Abstract

La administración de las cuentas por cobrar constituye una de las herramientas más importantes que tienen los directivos de cualquier empresa para optimizar el capital de trabajo, y el control de éstas contribuye significativamente a una eficiente gestión económica- financiera. El adecuado manejo y control de las cuentas por cobrar resultará de vital importancia para cualquier negocio pues entran en vigor las políticas de créditos de cada empresa u organización facilitando las operaciones económicas y financieras, así como el proceso de toma de decisiones de una entidad. En tal sentido el propósito de esta investigación fue diseñar un plan de acción para el control de las cuentas por cobrar en ESPCAP de la provincia Las Tunas y de esta manera minimizar las deficiencias que se encuentran presente en la actualidad.
