Abstract

Este articulo trata acerca de la Influencia de la ética en la seguridad Industrial en el cual la ética es una ciencia para definir las costumbres en el cual estudia la bondad y la maldad de los actos del ser humano esto al ser reflejado en la industria como seguridad quiere decir que un comportamiento que se imponga de forma autoritaria hay q tener en cuenta que como técnica y norma para la prevención de actos y condiciones inseguras causantes de los accidentes de trabajo en esto se conforma una serie de conocimientos acerca de alas condiciones inseguras del trabajador en conjunto con los conocimientos técnicos que se aplican en la reducción y control de accidentes en el trabajo en el que las personas a cargo de esta área tiene que tener un concepto ético acerca de cómo actuar en relación con la persona y como cuidar de su bienestar en el entorno laboral en la industria por lo que las condiciones inseguras son las causas que derivan del medio en el que trabajan los empleados y se refiere al grado de inseguridad que pueden tener al entorno de una planta a nivel industrial.
