Análisis ético en la selección del personal en las empresas públicas

Abstract

En la actualidad la selección del personal en las empresas públicas debería encontrarse ligado a procesos de transparencia, en los cuales la ética sería el factor primordial. Sin embargo los concursos de mérito y oposición carecen de este aspecto importante, lo que lleve a la mente de todos los participantes la frase que esos puestos se encuentra “ganados†. En este sentido, en el presente artículo se describe como los principios éticos y morales no se cumplen durante todo el proceso y es posible identificar las condiciones en las cuales la ética se encuentra vulnerable en conjunto con el abuso de poder.
