La deontología en las fuentes de trabajo de los nuevos profesionales

Abstract

En el presente trabajo analizaremos como influye la deontología en las fuentes de trabajo de los nuevos profesionales, analizando cómo afecta la relación ética-moral en el ámbito laboral de la empresa y los factores que influyen, al escoger una carrera profesional y tener en cuenta como se encuentra la situación actual sobre las ofertas laborales del mercado, tomando en cuenta las características del tipo de trabajo requerido en cada empresa y tu tiempo de duración, además los nuevos profesionales deben tener un conocimiento básico sobre las leyes que rigen actualmente por el ministerio de trabajo y saber los conceptos más importantes y relevantes. Los nuevos profesionales tienen que tener en cuenta que deben conocer y estar preparados para desenvolverse en un mundo laboral muy competitivo, analizando factores muy importantes del conocimiento general de todo nuevo profesional en busca de una oportunidad en el mercado de trabajo, teniendo en cuenta los tipos de trabajo los cuales va a realizar en una industria, empresa, institución Financiera, etc.
