Análisis deontológico en las construcciones de la costa ecuatoriana a partir del terremoto de 2016

Abstract

El presente documento estudia y analiza desde la perspectiva ética y calidad de vida el sistema constructivo ecuatoriano, a partir del hecho ocurrido en la costa ecuatoriana por el terremoto sufrido en 2016 el cual ocasiono irreparables pérdidas humanas además de millonarias pérdidas materiales en toda la regio de Manabí y Esmeraldas, el objetivo de este trabajo abarca la situación actual arquitectónica de la región litoral del Ecuador , tomando en cuenta los recursos con los que cuenta la sociedad y cultura costeña, también abarca las leyes y reglamentos que el estado ecuatoriano dicta sobre el sistema constructivo en el Ecuador, y por último comprende un análisis de la cultura e idiosincrasia ecuatoriana, que fue una de las causas para terrible efecto, y las conclusiones de las éticas personales y profesionales que debieron aplicarse para evitar este evento.
