Propuesta de un programa de auditoría al sistema de gestión ambiental en la empresa integral y de tabaco de consolación del sur

Abstract

La auditoría de desempeño reconoce que las empresas cubanas en su desarrollo están obligadas a la protección del medio ambiente y no es práctica muy habitual la verificación del tratamiento hacia actividades ambientales cuando se evalúa la economía, eficiencia y eficacia con que trabaja la administración. El diagnóstico realizado confirma dificultades en la evaluación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental en la Empresa Integral y de Tabaco del municipio Consolación del Sur y tiene como objetivo diseñar un Programa de Auditoría al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental que sirva de guía para comprobar de forma sistemática y objetiva el desempeño de la organización.Se conjugaron diferentes métodos investigación, según la tendencia mundial, aplicándose los mismos en los procesos estratégicos atendiendo a la siguiente estructura: alcance del programa de auditoría, objetivos generales, normativa legal, objetivos específicos y aspectos a verificar para cada proceso de dirección, corroborando la efectividad con la consulta de expertos.
