Perfeccionamiento de la economía y comercialización de una agencia de viajes

Abstract

Esta investigación se desarrolló en la agencia de viajes Esmeraldas Tours. Entre los servicios que ofrece la agencia se destaca la venta de excursiones. En la investigación se analizaron determinados aspectos relacionados con su actividad fundamental. Se diseñó la cartera de productos de la Unidad Estratégica de Negocios Venta de Excursiones y se determinaron sus dimensiones. Entre las dos líneas que posee dicha cartera se analizó la referida a Excursiones Terrestres y se plantearon las diferentes estrategias de acciones de marketing en correspondencia con los resultados obtenidos.
