Abstract

El marketing estratégico lo podemos identificar como una metodología de análisis sobre el entorno en que se desempeña una empresa (pública o privada) o negocio de todo tipo, que otorga respuesta sobre la forma para satisfacer de mejor manera los requerimientos y necesidades de los segmentos o publico de interés en general, a través de acciones previamente determinadas. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la situación actual del Centro Turístico Las Palmas para el desarrollo del plan de marketing centrado a la promoción de sus áreas recreativas.
