Procesos de categorización de inclusión laboral del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Montecristi

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar los procesos de categorización de inclusión laboral en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Montecristi. En el proceso de investigación se utilizó como metodología el estudio descriptivo- exploratorio con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, apoyado en métodos: inductivo– deductivo, bibliográfico-documental, como técnicas se aplicaron entrevistas a directivos del departamento de Talento Humano y encuestas dirigías a 30 personas escogidas al azar que laboran en este establecimiento lo que representó un 100% de la muestra total misma que fue estudiada. Este resultado evidenció que el Reglamento Interno del GAD Montecristi es fundamental para considerar los procesos de categorización, mismo que son coherentes con la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, Ley Orgánica del Servidor Público, Código de Trabajo para su cumplimiento son supervisadas por instituciones como: Ministerio de Trabajo, Inspectoría de Trabajo y Contraloría General del Estado que garantizan los derechos basados en la inclusión de todas las personas que laboran en la institución.
