Propuesta para implementar el sistema de gestión de calidad de las MYPYMES en el valle de Toluca

Abstract

El contenido de este articulo tiene como finalidad mostrar las variables importantes de la calidad para su implementación a MiPymes, y así tener un mejor desarrollo teniendo una larga vida dentro del mercado cuidando la parte interna de la organización al mismo tiempo brindando un servicio y/o producto de gran calidad. Realizando un análisis de las pequeñas empresas del valle de Toluca, para poder orientar al pequeño y mediano empresario en la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad, ya que hoy en día el permanecer en el mercado es un reto que enfrentan cada día las organizaciones, en una economía cambiante y globalizada donde deben competir en mercados abiertos debido a las exigencias de los consumidores. En el artículo se busca aportar factores de la calidad que puedan contribuir con el establecimiento de ventajas competitivas que permita a la PYME lograr los objetivos establecidos y mantenerse con el tiempo y con ello lograr el éxito esperado.
