Impacto en las PYMES la implementación de las NIIF

Abstract

En este artículo se busca mostrar de qué manera beneficia y afecta la implementación de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES), con cada día que trascurrido, el mundo va cambiando, por lo tanto las pequeñas y medias empresas también tiene que optar por cambiar sus métodos de operación, utilizando las NIIF esto para que su información financiera pueda ser interpretada en cualquier parte del mundo lo cual podría atraer futuros inversionistas, siendo favorable para la organización ya que es la manera más eficaz de asegurar su crecimiento y permeancia en el mercado tan competitivo que es ahora. Las NIIF establecen los requerimientos de reconocimiento, medición, presentación e información a revelar que se refieren a las transacciones y otros sucesos y condiciones que son importantes en los estados financieros con propósito de información general. También pueden establecer estos requerimientos para transacciones, sucesos y condiciones que surgen principalmente en sectores industriales específicos. Las NIIF se basan en un Marco Conceptual, el cual se refiere a los conceptos presentados dentro de los estados financieros con propósito de información general.
