Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia de la identidad corporativa en los negocios de repuestos automotriz y accesorio ubicados en la calle Ayacucho por medio de un manual de marca. Para este estudio de investigación se utilizó una investigación descriptiva es decir recolectar información de forma general con el objetivo de medir las diferentes variables que se está investigando en este proyecto. La recolección de información se realizó a través de una encuesta. La encuesta se realizó a los propietarios de los negocios de repuestos automotrices y accesorios de la calle Ayacucho con el fin de conocer si ellos aplican la identidad corporativa en sus negocios así como también, verificar el uso que le están dando a su imagen visual. Por último, para la realización y demostración del proyecto se tomó de referencia un negocio determinado para poder desarrollar el manual corporativo y ver la importancia que tiene la identidad corporativa en el posicionamiento de marca en el mercado automotriz.
