Procedimientos de control interno para los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados parroquiales del Cantón Chone

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo proponer procedimientos de control interno para los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados Parroquiales del cantón Chone. La metodología aplicada es de tipo documental dado que se revisan y analizan documentos institucionales e informes de auditoría administrativa y financiera resultados de las acciones de control realizadas por la Contraloría General del Estado. Por otra parte, será proyectiva porque se generará una propuesta de procedimientos de sistema de control interno, que es uno de los componentes de mayor importancia de las entidades, el cual proporciona seguridad razonable de que se protegen los recursos y se alcancen los objetivos institucionales, que conlleven a que las actividades se desarrollen de manera eficiente, efectiva y económica.
