Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad elaborar un plan de rediseño organizacional para la empresa DUOPRINT-G S.A. y determinar las estrategias adecuadas para mejorar el desempeño del personal, por lo que se establecerá un manual de procesos para la compañía y poder contribuir a mejorar la organización, control y administración del personal, ayudando a optimizar la posición de la empresa en cuanto a estabilidad laboral y rentabilidad en sus servicios y productos.
