Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es una propuesta de adecuación e integración de los sistemas contables que actualmente maneja una institución gubernamental dedicada a la capacitación, el cual maneja dos sistemas gubernamentales, el presupuestal y el financiero estos a su vez se coordinan con tres programas auxiliares los cuales se manejan de forma externa. Se Iniciará identificando el proceso contable que realiza de forma compleja, observando sus fortalezas y debilidades y derivado de esto proponer un nuevo sistema contable que logre una mejor eficiencia organizacional.
