Incorporación de acciones con enfoque de género en la estrategia comunicativa de la empresa agropecuaria Obdulio Morales

Abstract

La presente investigación recapitula algunas sugerencias sobre la incorporación de acciones con enfoque de género a la Estrategia de comunicación de la Empresa Agropecuaria Obdulio Morales del municipio de Yaguajay, la cual ha contribuido a transformar los estereotipos de género y erradicar paulatinamente las desigualdades entre mujeres y hombres. El objetivo de la propuesta fue el de orientar, planificar y controlar los procesos comunicativos dentro y fuera de la organización. Esto permitió mediante la planificación estratégica alcanzar con eficiencia los objetivos empresariales propuestos lo que caracterizó de una forma muy compleja los contextos económicos, políticos, sociales y tecnológicos. Sirvió como punto de partida para los encargados de comunicar el cambio en una empresa a través de una manera nueva de hacerlo: la comunicación sensible al enfoque de género a favor de un desarrollo sostenible.
