Modelos financieros en la previsión en el mal manejo empresarial

Abstract

La presente investigación se puntualiza sobre los diferentes modelos financieros para pronosticar el mal manejo empresarial y el avance que ha tenido a través de los años, la mayor parte de empresarios manejan el modelo Z Score de Altman, trata de ajustar a todas las empresas sean estas manufactureras y no manufactureras, cuyo resultado es establecer la quiebra o no de las empresas aplicando este modelo. El modelo trata de analizar dos ejemplares de empresas entre ellas tenemos la activa busca estudiar la situación financiera de las empresas donde se advierte a los empresarios que medidas deben tomar internas y externas para reparar la realidad de la empresa y así impedir quiebras. Y otro ejemplar tenemos la inactiva trata de demostrar la efectividad del modelo. La finalidad en si del modelo financiero es la previsión del mal manejo empresarial de las empresas, donde se evidencia los problemas internos y externos donde deben se debe evitar caer en quiebra, con el único resultado de tomar adecuadas decisiones para fortalecer sus empresas y así que logren permanecer en el tiempo.
