Abstract

El control interno se ha vuelto un factor muy importante de aplicación en las compañías, debido a que la ayuda de dichos controles implementados permite que el giro del negocio se realice de una manera adecuada, eficiente y eficaz, evitando generar pérdidas en los procesos a realizar. Exclusivamente el control interno está diseñado para proporcionar seguridad razonable en los Estados Financieros y salvaguardar los activos de una compañía, permitiendo alcanzar las metas y objetivos establecidos de la misma.
