Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Los costos de producción y su incidencia en el margen bruto de la empresa INDUCALIDAD S.A.†posee como objetivo general conocer como las actividades de producción afecta al margen bruto de la entidad y proponer una solución para su mejora. Analizando las teorías relacionadas con los sistemas de control de costos, se pudo comprobar que la empresa maneja un sistema por procesos productivos, lo cual no se considera eficiente para la modalidad de trabajo que se lleva a cabo en la entidad. Se determinó la necesidad de cambiar el sistema de costos de producción, así como, modificar los procesos de control interno para aumentar la rentabilidad en base a la optimización de los insumos y materias primas. Estas actividades propuestas mejorarán los resultados de la entidad por medio de mejorar el manejo de la producción aplicando un sistema de costos por orden de trabajo.
