La importancia de un diseño organizacional en las empresas, permite mejorar la eficiencia y ser competitiva

Abstract

En la actualidad muchas empresas inician como un proyecto familiar, tienen acogida y crecimiento, lo cual crea la necesidad de formalizar estos cambios, las organizaciones para mantenerse competitivas, evitar la duplicidad de tareas, el desperdicio de recursos, requiere una gestión administrativa que permita incrementar la eficiencia. Esta investigación realizada contiene una propuesta de diseño de un plan organizacional, considerando que la estructura organizacional que una empresa decida utilizar puede generar ventaja competitiva, ya que cuando un colaborador conoce claramente sus funciones, las líneas de autoridad y responsabilidad cumplirán cabalmente las funciones asignadas.
