Abstract

El presente proyecto se efectúa en beneficio de la empresa distribuidora de insumos médicos “Briones Magallanes Elvira Elina†de la ciudad de Guayaquil. En la cual se expone un escenario desfavorecedor en lo concerniente a la gestión inter-departamental, esto es por una carencia de comunicación entre las personas que forman parte de la organización, como resultado de ello los colaboradores no se hallan comprometidos con la empresa, ni se encuentran identificados con la misma, sumado a ello no existe una integración de los objetivos planteados por la organización. Con el objetivo de desarrollar Endomarketing para la mejora de la competitividad, en la empresa.
