Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto el diagnóstico de la imagen corporativa y el diseño del manual de marca de la Firma Campos & Asociados, con este propósito se recopilo información teórica la misma que se complementó con la investigación de campo y que consistió en la aplicación de encuestas y entrevista. Una vez realizado el análisis de los resultados de las encuestas y entrevista se elaboró las conclusiones y recomendaciones, criterios que permitieron tener una idea clara de la situación actual de la firma y sus necesidades en cuanto al diseño de su imagen visual corporativa.
