Abstract

Según (SARMIENTO, 2015) Los sistemas de planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP por sus siglas en inglés) son básicamente sistemas de información gerenciales que integran y manejan muchos de los negocios relacionados con la producción o fabricación, distribución, almacenamiento, y distintas actividades necesarias para la entrega de bienes o servicios. La compra de un Sistema de planificación empresarial (ERP) por las organizaciones ha sido promocionada como la solución para sobrevivir en esta economía basada en el comercio electrónico. Los sistemas ERP han sido la solución para integrar los distintos departamentos de la empresa con la promesa de mejorar la eficiencia y la productividad de los mismos como un todo.
