Diagnóstico del clima organizacional en la empresa provincial de servicios a la salud

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolló en la Empresa Provincial de Servicios a la Salud, con el objetivo de realizar un diagnóstico del clima organizacional para su posterior mejora continua con el fin de elevar el nivel de gestión organizacional en la empresa, sin perder de vista el recurso humano, mediante un grupo de métodos y técnicas que permitieron la recopilación, procesamiento y análisis de los resultados, dentro de las cuales se encuentran: revisión de documentos, aplicación de encuestas, test, trabajo grupal,aplicación del diagrama de Pareto ,procesadas mediante las tablas dinámicas de Excel, el SPSS 15.0 entre otras; comprobando cierto nivel de insatisfacción de los trabajadores, en el que influye fundamentalmente las dimensiones: motivación, relaciones interpersonales, participación en la toma de decisiones y liderazgo.
