Abstract

La presente investigación está centrada específicamente en analizar la situación actual y plantear la elaboración de un plan de diseño organización, como una solución específica para mejorar el ambiente laboral en la empresa de servicio técnico de artículos de línea blanca Servtex. La empresa Servtex es una empresa que se dedica específicamente al servicio técnico de artículos de línea blanca, en las distintas provincias que son: El oro, Los Ríos, Cuenca, Loja, cuyas oficinas administrativas se encuentran ubicadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas.
