Plan de rediseño organizacional para la empresa Kerámikos S.A. en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo mejorar el proceso de entrega de productos en obra de la empresa Kerámikos S.A., a través de un rediseño del proceso ya establecido, para ello se realizará una técnica de investigación conocida como observación que permita determinar las falencias que se presentan durante el desarrollo del proceso en mención, para luego encuestar a un porcentaje de los clientes, previo a tener estimada la muestra ideal sobre la población total de la cartera de clientes, con el fin de recabar información necesaria que posterior a su tabulación permita realizar un análisis para determinar las acciones correctivas. Con base en los resultados obtenidos se procederá con la elaboración de un nuevo proceso de entrega de productos que permita enmendar las falencias encontradas.
