Análisis de la comercialización de barras nutricionales de amaranto en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación con tema Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa comercializadora de barras nutricionales a base de amaranto en la ciudad de Guayaquil tiene como objetivo desarrollar estrategias de marketing, empresariales y financieras con el fin de empezar y determinar si un proyecto es financieramente viales y las principales técnicas para llevar a cabo el desarrollo del mismo. Para ello fue necesario establecer el planteamiento del problema, sus principales objetivos; así como, las técnicas metodológicas para el levantamiento y procesamiento de información. Finalmente, se empleó el desarrollo de un plan de negocios para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto a realizar.
