Imagen corporativa, opción para el crecimiento de las PYMES: caso Guayaquil

Abstract

Debido al desarrollo de la actividad emprendedora a nivel mundial, en la mayoría de los países, sobre todo en Latinoamérica, el aumento de la población de pequeñas y medianas empresas denominadas PYMES, se ha presentado de manera constante en la última década. Esto se debe a la tendencia existente a buscar la libertad profesional y financiera presente en la generación actual. Sin embargo, muchas de estas ideas, que surgen de la innovación, no consideran las concepciones básicas de la administración moderna, la cual no solo contempla los procesos productivos u operativos como primordiales, sino que abarcan muchas otras áreas que se consideraban en segundo plano para la administración tradicional, como son: talento humano, marketing, atención al cliente, inventario, logística, entre otros.
