Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de diseño organizacional para la empresa Representaciones y Promotores Lofum S.A. de la ciudad de Guayaquil, para el mejoramiento del desempeño de las actividades de la organización. Se procedió a realizar una Investigación Descriptiva que permite representar el cómo es y cómo se manifiesta la problemática identificada dentro de la empresa través de la técnica de Cuestionario mediante el instrumento de la Entrevista. Así mismo, se realizó una Investigación de Campo facilitó las visitas a las instalaciones de la empresa objeto de estudio.
