Abstract

En la actualidad bajo las normativas de regulación a las empresas pesqueras, los sistemas de costos que incurren en la producción de harina de pescado son de gran vitalidad para la determinación del precio del producto y la rentabilidad de la compañía. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar el sistema de costos y establecer mejoras e identificar el método mas rentable para la compañía con el fin que la compañía evite gastos innecesarios y obtenga una mayor rentabilidad, para asi poder realizar mejoras.
