Abstract

El presente proyecto plantea estrategias de social media en las redes sociales para el producto masculan en las cadenas Pharmacys en la ciudad de Guayaquil, que permitirá a la marca aprovechar los medios digitales para exponer sus beneficios, características, promociones, ofertas especiales y consejos útiles, con el fin de conseguir nuevos clientes. La metodología que se aplicó está basada en la investigación de tipo descriptiva respaldada en el método deductivo con un enfoque mixto, luego para la recolección de datos se realizaron entrevistas a los colaboradores de farmacias como lo son administradores y auxiliares de ventas y las encuestas se aplicaron a los clientes que se encontraban realizando sus compras.
