Abstract

Las empresas como organizaciones sociales requieren cambiar internamente para adaptarse a los requerimientos del mercado y la globalización, para así sobrevivir. Aprender y manejar el cambio en forma adecuada resulta fundamental para estas. La dirección y construcción de capacidades internas permiten que las personas se adapten más fácil y rápido a este cambio, incrementando o reestableciendo la productividad, favoreciendo la respuesta a las condiciones externas, los avances de la tecnología, la legislación y la competitividad.
