Competitividade sistêmica de empresas agroindustriais dos municípios Panambi e Condor-RS

Abstract

O presente estudo objetivou identificar e analisar as estratégias competitivas utilizadas pelas pequenas, médias e grandes empresas, representativas do segmento agroindustrial metal-mecânico dos municípios de Panambi e Condor-RS, no mercado em que atuam. Neste sentido, utilizou-se da técnica de estudo de caso, com análises descritivas de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo. Os resultados encontrados permitem afirmar que os fatores determinantes da competitividade das empresas pesquisadas do segmento agroindustrial metal- mecânico de Panambi e Condor-RS e suas estratégias estão diretamente associados aos investimentos em gestão empresarial, tecnológicos e inovação de processos em seus produtos e qualidade do produto.
