Plan estratégico para la gestión de ventas e inventarios en la microempresa atomizadores Ecuador

Abstract

La microempresa Atomizadores Ecuador se dedica a proveer de suministros plásticos a pequeños y medianos comerciantes fabricantes de insumos de limpieza y otros, aprovechando un mercado poco atendido por ser un segmento pequeño en vías de desarrollo. A pesar del crecimiento en la demanda, se está viendo afectada también en sus ventas debido al incremento de nuevos competidores con suministros plásticos de similar calidad y mejores precios lo que ocasiona falta de liquidez puesto que las ventas son el pilar fundamental del negocio, afectando así también los indicadores de crecimiento de la organización.
